The SEA-Teacher Programme , initiated by the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization (SEAMEO) , is an international teaching practicum designed to enhance the pedagogical competence, professional development, and intercultural awareness of pre-service teachers in Southeast Asia. The programme provides participants with structured opportunities to engage in classroom observation, teaching assistance, and actual classroom teaching in partner educational institutions across the region, thereby promoting cross-cultural understanding and educational collaboration.
